We collect only the details needed to arrange your trip: name, contact number, flight details, pickup and drop-off addresses and passenger count.
Your details are shared only with the chauffeur assigned to your trip and are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing.
Messages sent via WhatsApp are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. You may ask us to delete your details at any time.
Offers are per vehicle and confirmed in writing before travel. Tolls, parking and meet & greet are included unless stated otherwise.
Changes within the reserved time and distance are free. Larger changes are priced clearly before continuing.
We monitor flights and adjust pickup times to the actual landing time. Waiting beyond the agreed time may be charged at the hourly rate.
